Paris & Faith went to gymnastics at the Legacy Gym. Paris started at Level 2 & Faith at the preschool class. To help condition the older kids climb this rope to the ceiling. Paris has always been crazy strong, even as a baby. She climbs up the rope (sometimes even using her toes) with no problem. So much upper body strength.
She loves the bars. She has so much muscle strength it is more about losing her fear to do the moves then the strength to do them.
Ont of the things they try and have the preschoolers do it hang by themselves on the bar. Faith has no fear. Which is a good & bad thing sometimes.
She loves the coaches.
Paris helped watch Seraphina while she was waiting for her class to start. (Another picture of the clogged tear duct... poor baby)
